IMO prof. ohm was a bit presumptious in calling it ohms law, because in actual fact ,"ohms law" is not statutory.

They are a lot better at indicating that something might be live, than confirming that something is certainly dead.
Definatley not to be included in any 'safe isolation procedure'.
 
fluke pensare the best ive used - i use mine bout 6 times every day - gr8 to check anything before touching !! even told my boss the plasterers should use them to save getting shocks on old heating spurs i leave live sometimes !!
