I live in Memphis,TN. My son has a 2016 32 ft bumper pull camper that he lives in full time and it's hooked up to a dedicated 30 amp circuit at my house. The camper is not under any shade. It is full equipped and has a 6 gallon electric water heater and a 13500 btu air conditioner. He also has a portable 5000 btu air conditioner inside that he uses as well. I have contacted my Electric company to see if they would do an energy survey and they won't. I would like to know [as close as possible] how much electricity the camper is using per month. Thanks.

Impossible to say. Only way to know is to connect an energy meter onto the circuit. There are some cheap clamp on meters you can get if you just want an idea. Alternatively you can get a private meter installed on the dedicated circuit is you want to charge him.......

Only way to know for sure is by using a meter. Either with a clamp as mentioned, or a plug in version that goes between your socket and his plug.

If you really want to know how much, unplug him and see how much money he will offer to plug him back in:p

Spindle I can’t tell you how much power the RV is going to use but according to the NEC it needs to be hooked up to a 50 amp service. Good luck
