This is the digram that i came up with, i am running mostly 12-2, on 20amp for everything. Except for my electric stove, i was planning 6 gauge wire on a 50a.
i am trying to wire in two three ways light switches, and was going to run 12-3 between them and 12-2 to the lights and the service panel. Does that work?

Yes that will work but you can use # 8 wire for your stove
