Manufacturers name?

Can anyone help me find these FCU's? Or give me a manufacturers name?

One of them is faulty and the customer would like to keep them all the same if possible.

He says the spark who installed them bought them from CEF, but my branch doesn't recognise them from the picture.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
