We are on brand new dryer # 2. With the same issue. The dryer works and turns on but does not get hot. We had the power tested and came up 120 was here leg. To the dryer. Also installed a new plug and has a new cord. Pleas help

Dryer won’t get hot
Do you have a make and model?
check the instructions if you can, some driers will need 220v supply.
