Also, is there discrimination between the RCD's in the board and that what that I presume is an upfront RCD? Is it time delayed?

switch is being replaced with an isolator. Unable to get any Zs Results, No sign of an earth rod either, What would you guys do?

Fit a earth rod, or get customer to apply for a PME seem the obvious options.

Seen it done myself before, have some photos somewhere will see if I can find them and put them up later.

Just found them. Apparently the customer had applied for a PME but it was never fitted.

Exactly,where is the EIC supplied by this NIC DI....and what do they show?.....If there are none then the client should formally complain to the NIC.
I dont see any evidence that this was done by an NIC DI....there's normally a sticker.
Quite frankly it looks more like a DIY attempt.

Find out when it was installed and check the breakers as they are wylex

thats caus it is....the earth cables goin into it give the game away....
