about right, IMO, possibly as bit on the low side. just done a similar quote without smokes for £3900. smokes are additional option.

I think location will see price variance. A quick look came in at £3600 with me. How many men were on the job & how long did it take?

Plastering and decoration is not included in the cost of this quote.

The cost of this quote is based on all sockets and switches to be brushed chrome raised edge with screws, down-lights to be fixed LED 5.5w warm white fire rated fittings in brushed chrome finish, light pedants to be white plastic. All light switches to be standard on/off switches (not dimmers)

You to supply bathroom cabinet, 4x outside wall lights, and 1x kitchen under cupboard light. These need to be supplied at the start of the 2nd fix stage- to prevent any hold ups of job completion.

You to install wooden noggins in all stud walls where sockets or switches are to be located- at the heights you want them. Then we will fix 35mm metal back boxes to noggins.

prices will change depending on Area, ie South London and Devon way i would guess be dear, Hull and Lincoln cheapest for the same job.. Location Location Location

I would price that about £5300, but I'm in Manchester so think you're probably a bit cheap for London
 
funny enough- finished 2nd fixing that one today- won @ £5500- mats come to around £1038 spent 55hours on job. prob got few more hours to do a couple of outside light and kitchen ucl once client has picked them.
