Hello, does anyone know how often these should be tested??

Im pretty sure its every year but not 100%

Unless there is a specific time frame indicated from the local authority then the test intervals will be the same as stated in the BS 7671-2008.

That is first test by the designer and subsequent tests at the discretion of the tester

Don't forget to remove all the socket covers and point out the flaws while you're there :icon4:
 
As Malcolm said and use GN3 as guidance in your judgement.
 
I've just done an EICR on one. I've recommended that it be tested again in 5 years, provided the remaing code 2s are rectified.
