Tube carrier escort van

hi folks have just bought an escort van as am setting up self-employed and the van has roof-bars so am asking if anyone is selling or can put me in touch with some one who has a tube carrier pref with fixings for me ? I am setting up on a budget so can,t quite afford a new one yet,

Just buy a soil pipe with screw on end caps from the local plumbers shop and some elastic tie things from halfords to hold it on.

Bit of 4" soil pipe with 2 stop ends out of plumbers merchants. Use the long jubilee clips to hold onto roof. Job done cheap.
