Has anybody been contacted by this company?
They got my details from the NIC/EIC website and are looking for electrical sub contractors to do work for them, they do not want any money and sound legit.

so please enlighten us. are they worth a call?

Might be worth a punt.
Not much positive feedback on this site.
Companies house shows this company has been trading as a ltd company for 2 years and is a NIC/EIC registered company.
Looks like the company is trying to go nationwide but don't have the resources.

Found on freeindex.com

so, are you saying that vedhas is a mr. electric franchise?

I think mr. electric is a self employment company working around the luton area and now wants to expand to take on the rest of the country but needs electrical engineers up and down the country, probably not a franchise and would only be given work if available.
Just trying to find out what contracts they have as they claim to have a contract with the housing association.

Hi Rappid,
Was contacted a little later in year than you and signed up. Did you take it any further? Details posted on here but in summary I've canned them for late payment (35 to 45 days!) and having to chase every single invoice to get paid at all.

I think it is just common sense that the majority of these companies are spivs the thing is customers keep falling for the same old tat remember the "electrician" on watchdog that charged £360 to change a pendant .
