What kinda wires are these ? [Pics provided]

Ok, so I spoke to the builder and these tubes ( wires ) are for injecting pesticide. There is (outside the house) a small injector opening through which the pest control contractor or homeowner ( if a DIY guy ), will inject pesticide and it will spread inside the wall through micro openings these tubes have.

Yeah maybe pipes for a spa bath etc, but these were all over the house. That's why I wondered if they were for fibre. But nobody guessed pipework for pesticides!
