What kinda wires are these ? [Pics provided]

So, my new house is being constructed and I visited it and saw these wires/cables ( orange color, pics attached) . What are these ? What is the purpose ?

Presumably the same as the black ones. My guess would be communication/data cabling?
I'd be more concerned about what is under the tape, is it joined satisfactorily?

are they near the bathroom? Possibly some fancy shower or bath tub?

Holes they pass through are too small to pull anything through.

Yes, house is in atlanta, gerogia, USA. These cables/wires are throughout the house (all the rooms including bedroom etc).

Sure, will do and post here too. I have a meeting with builder later this week. These are hollow very thin diameter tubes.

I suspect that is tape covering a pipe connector rather than the tape forming any functional part of the joint

Could be yeah. Bit amateur looking though. Mind you some of that framing timber looks a bit ropey!

They look more like some kind of tubing or maybe fiber optic cables.

Ok, so I spoke to the builder and these tubes ( wires ) are for injecting pesticide. There is (outside the house) a small injector opening through which the pest control contractor or homeowner ( if a DIY guy ), will inject pesticide and it will spread inside the wall through micro openings these tubes have.
