Evening all

Been working as an electrician for 11 years now (27yo now) and have started pricing more work for my company.

Pricing up a three story block of 15 flat. Nine of them are two bedroom with small kitchen living room area and a bathroom with the other six being the same but with one bedroom. All pretty standard; pendants and four sockets in bedroom, down lights in kitchen & bathroom etc. All the internal walls are stud with the outer being block so will need to cap down and chase in the boxes.

Im not sure on how long/much to allow. I think i could 1st fix in two days, 2nd fix in two days and allow a day to test and snag... how does that sound to other people? There is also communal lighting, fire alarm, underground car park, outside lighting and a intercom system for the flats

As a rough estimate when pricing flats...

Comes to around 5.5K-6K a flat when you allow for all the communal, distribution, ELV, AOV’s, Fire alarm etc.

Thanks for that. Just seems crazy that i will be looking near 90k! Sounds a lot!
