Hello, I am in need of a replacement tyre pressure sensor and the below is a bargain price for a OEM part, the best before date on the packaging says 21.01.21, I'm assuming this is the date it should be fitted by right? It contains a lithium battery.

Most of these devices have a low power sleep mode they get woke up from when put in service.
(Corrosion of any metal .. and tyre-fitter damage I have s the main issues )
