Changing from Periodic Inspection Report to Electrical Installation Condition Report

Fellas,

I work on the Highways and have been carrying out PIRs on the street furniture and technology. Just changing from PIRs to the new Electrical Installation Condition Report and have noticed section G Declaration now requires Report Authorised For Issue by: Would this be My Manager who has given me the job of testing or would it be the Client (Highways Agency) for asking our company to carry out the work?

That would be your Manager, being your Qualified Supervisor.
