Looking for network sockets to match domestic outlets, only need 1 or 2 per single back-box size, in white to match MK Logic Plus ideally. I see that MK do the K5864WHI "RJ45 CAT6 Euro Module" to match their grid range which is the obvious choice, except its pretty expensive and not many stock it.

Also looking the similar Scolmore Click "New Media RJ45 Cat 6 Outlet Module" for their grid-style range.

Now it need not be a grid product, but I like the idea of being able to replace just 1 out of a double socket should it get damaged as a lot less faffing re-terminating the otherwise good outlet. So any suggestions for what you would go for?

As Davesparks says, you can pick and mix if you stick to Euro-module - make sure they are Euro-module as not all modular systems are compatible. At my last job I got to do a few network installs - and I always tried to match the other fittings, using euromodule faceplates from the same range as the sockets and switches, and networks sockets from my normal suppliers.
Connectix do some nice slimline modules.
NOTE: There is a lot of confusion around Euro-modules. A single Euro-module is 50mmx50mm, most network connectors are a half module (25mm wide), and if you want to centre a single module in a single module faceplate then you need 2off 1/4 module blanks.
What you can buy varies with manufacturer. Normally you will get a single module in a single faceplate, and a double module in a double faceplate - taking 2 or 4 network connectors respectively. You may be able to get a 1/2 module plate to fit a single connector in a single faceplate without using blanking modules.
As well as network cables, you can get phone connectors, TV connectors, F-connectors, di/tri-plexers, etc. So really useful for building multi-function faceplates. For F-connectors, normally you'll only get one per half-module plate - but with a bit of DIY you can fit 2off F barrel connectors to a 1/2 blank plate for a higher density, you need a really deep box (I'd recommend 47mm) to allow for the length of the corresponding F connector and cable bend radius behind the plate.

PS - an alternative is the LJ6C module, but there's a lot less choice of face plates and modules for them.
