hello. im about to buy a 17th edition book i see 2 of them going kinda cheap but whats the between the red and green 17th edition books are they the same or different all together

The green one will be out of date soon with the new amendment 3 coming out I think yellow is the new colour !

that's painful to think im about to do it...then like 6-8 months down the line a new one comes out
