Hello, first post on the forum. Question re ceramic ceiling roses

Any formation would be appreciated, i am trying to source some 3 terminal semi-recessed ceramic ceiling roses, the type that fit onto circular steel conduit boxes. Not used them for many years and a quick search on the web resulted nothing.
