First number: 6 - dust tight
Second number: 5 - protection from water jets
Why is here additional letter "C". This letter C means - Against acces to hazardous part with Tool. But, the enclosure is already dust tight "6", the dust is smaller then tool, so why this letter C is needed?

I agree, but the question is: The dust is smaller then tool, so if it is IP65 already, the C letter is ridiculous, because it's already protected by 65.

Where have you seen IP65C? Is it on a particular piece of equipment, a specification or sonething else?
