Lead Flexi Slate

We use these http://www.roofingsuperstore.co.uk/user/u/prod/l/1589.jpg to get the cables through the roof but we've had two fail - resulting in wet ceilings needing re-plastered. Both jobs were installed for around the six month mark before the problem was apparent. It's a relatively small % of jobs that we've done and they've been sorted but has anyone else had this problem?

No, but we've used Dektites in the past on slate roofs without a problem thus far.

Strangely enough it's two of the few tiled roofs that we had problems with. The dektites look like the answer, where do you get them from?
