Hi
I just wondered how others deal with London Congestion Charges and Parking charges.
I have just completed a job which for one reason and another required 3 visits of 2-3 hours a time.
Is it reasonable/common practice to pass on parking and congestion charges to the customer?

Thanks in advance for any comments.

To be honest, it should be included in your quote or your day/hourly rate before you started.

You could always just top up your labour to cover it.

Thanks Jason
I think I'll just take the hit on this one - it's not the end of the world:)
Cheers
