Hi all,

Training to be a sparky, chap at work asked if its okay to run a feed cable overhead from his garage to his summerhouse, a distance of about 3 feet, he doesn't want to run it underground if he can help it because it means lifting the patio. I have found a bit in wiring regs '417.3 Placing out of reach', but not sure this really applies to his situation, building regs '5.7' doesn't help much either, mainly mentioning buried cables

All help and advice gratefully recieved.

Down2earth.
