Plumbers Merchants

Alright Lads, do any of you lot have any experience in owning a wholesalers? Me and a friend are looking at opening a plumbers merchants, we have found an area in dire need of one, plenty of elec wholesalers in said area but no plumbing / heating place. We are on a large project at the moment but once it's over, we are going to take a serious look at doing this.
Any hints, tips / advice off people with previous experience would be appreciated.

make sure you stock some out of alignment spirit levels so the plumbers can be sure that sh$t flows downhill.

Tel, you do know that your only 62 posts from 33,000 :39:..... and yes on the spirit levels, I'll also make sure we stock them super special, hard to come by tools that these guys take floorboards up with.................... Crowbars :38:

Before going it alone I was a manager for large builders merchants. I have run plumbers merchants before & regularly use them now so anything I can do to advise just let me know
