Hello.
I have been experimenting with some ptc heating elements, the ones that come in a rectangular aluminum extrusion.
Its a 100x21mm that is rated for 110v and 230 deg c. There are great variety on aliexpress.
I am interested in a temperature of 210 deg C but I cant find one specified in 110v. I have noticed that in 220v they come in 10 deg C intervals.
What temperature I would get if I power the 210c/220v ptc element with 110v?
Isnt the ptc ceramic just burns the electricity, does it matter the input voltage?
Does any manufacturer make ptc elements in precise temperature?

With all other factors equal, at any given temperature I would expect the 220V element to deliver 1/4 of the heat output on 110V. However. if enclosed so that minimal heat could escape, it would heat up to the same or nearly the same target temperature as on 220V.
