Hi all, first post here on these forums.

I'm 17, completed the C&G 2365 Level 2 and starting Level 3, but I'm starting to question exactly if these courses are worth doing? At first I thought I'll do these courses then look into 17th edition IEE and NVQ, but it looks like I'll have to go into an apprenticeship of some sorts at some point. So can anyone tell me exactly what this course is worth and where I can go after spending a year completing Level 3?

(If this is the wrong forum my apologies, someone let me know and I'll move it).

Thanks,

Hayden.

hi mate

this is my first post as well, i would recommend sticking with your original plan, when i did these course's they were called something else (2360) but they form the basis for your training and alot of employers will be expecting to see these on your c.v when your eventually fully trained, it's the long way to getting where you want to be but its the right way, i know there hard to come by nowadays but i would make securing a apprentiship or a electrical job of some sorts a priority, having already completed some training off your own back at 17 should set you apart from the masses. good luck
