Requirement for domestic lighting only?

What regs are there for a person to add/remove domestic lighting only ?
New locations etc.

Not quite sure what you're asking. Are you referring to Part P and what work is non notifiable?

Its all mainly living room and bedroom stuff .Hanging and fitting lights etc . Change to switch plates etc . Chances are no one will ever know etc !

Legally, anyone can add mains voltage lighting points in a living room or bedroom to an existing circuit without notifying building control, so long as they do so safely.
