Ar... yes,but do you really think now he is part of the hunt that his view will be the same? I don't see a Joe public taking these jobs with some natural flare for improving the industry... I may be a cynic but I would of preferred to see a captain of 'OUR' industry up there! First thing he needs to tackle is to get them to answer the phone!

I agree with SRE. Tim Yeo seems like quite an influential and well-known guy. Put party loyalties aside and did a decent job grilling Barker last year. Made him look foolish and out of his depth several times. Chaired the joint committee ok. Has been Director of an engineering company and has a backgound and declared business interests in renewables. Safeish Tory seat in Suffolk so likely to remain MP after next election.
