hello.
i took in to a job of trying to fix a washing machine. the machine would notdrain or do a wash. i took the machine out and cleaned filter and also the pipe that goes in to the filter was all blocked too so i took off the pipe and cleaned in. i took out colour catchers and little lunch bags too. i taught this would fix it. so i connected all back up and it worked. however when i got home had a phone call that machine had stopped again. has anybody got any suggestions?? could the filter be blocked again by stuff that was stil in the drum that i could not see

Yea check the filter again ,but another good tip I was given was to check the pcb for dry joints HTH.

thanks all for the comments. will take a another look and hopefully il get it sorted. i just wouldn`t be that confident with appliances.

If it wont drain then the pump should be the first place to look after the flter, as said bra wires are a favourite.

Other than that, programmer, module (PCB) down the bottom at the back usually. Sounds like a definate blockage there somewhere.
