In the NIC Snags and solutions book (ISBN10- 0-95310589-x) on page
four there is a diagram of a single phase consumer unit instalation.

Going from right to left there is a DIN mounted master switch followed by two busbar terminals conected to each of the RCDS. I would like some of them but have absoluty no idea what there called?

Thanks,

Tom

It's not a RCBO.

It's effectivly a DIN mounted terminal block with the busbar going in the bottom and a screw down connection in the top.

Sounds like the straight through neutral connector that comes with 125A TP incommers.....

Although I'm sure your trying to help, I don't want guesses!

Its not a un-fused connection or a nutral bar.

Hager do an MCB profile 100A rated terminal block. (cat ref KR50U) just a way way of taking a supply straight off the busbar to a cable. Aint got the book but it sounds something like this!!!
