:confused:hi guys could anyhelp me out with an insight into emergency callout charges over the xmas period my first one working for myself.

still getting my head round the - i've bought a new light fitting and there are more wire's..........

people seem really pleased to get away with anything less than £75 around here (Worcs)
 
We have a defined policy that covers three bands of callout for non-contract, and just one for contract any time.

For non-con, we're labour *1 work hours, *1.5 evenings, night, weekends, and *2 on holidays. We charge an hour unit for travelling, and time on site, no callout charge as such.

For contract, it's just *1 whenever.
