We have a defined policy that covers three bands of callout for non-contract, and just one for contract any time.

For non-con, we're labour *1 work hours, *1.5 evenings, night, weekends, and *2 on holidays. We charge an hour unit for travelling, and time on site, no callout charge as such.

For contract, it's just *1 whenever.
