hi all
i got question, and i can't find answer... my friend have got 2 flor house + loft, hi convert loft to studio flat, now hi want split main supply after main meter, and fit on loft new fuse board, this is fine, but hi ask me, his want install new meter before new fuseboard on loft but after main meter for him information how many energy consum just this new flat, so whether it is in accordance with current regulations ??

Thanks

it's perfectly acceptable to supply a flat via a landlord's meter, fed after the main meter. but you can't do a rigsby. there is a limit on how much you can charge the tenant.
