ALDI are currently selling a set of three 1m SDS drill bits, 12mm 16mm and 24mm for £10. Not something I would expect to use much and not something I would expect to be great quality, but for that price I think worth having in stock.

also for the same price, they do 4 x 600mm. i bought a set of each kast week. can't go wrong at that price. and they have a cheap set of rods @ £6.99. ideal for those situations where you might rag them or lose in a void.

CPC have been doing a similar set for a few years at this price(ish). I use them a lot as I encounter thiiiiick walls. The quality ain't that great, so they don't last that long, but hey, at £10 you can't grumble :)

If the done one hole each they will have paid for themselves. Got to be worth it, I bought a set the last time around , and the access rods, they are OK to good , but at the price...................... . The LED worklamps are superb , just superb.
