The uk power is 50Hz at a nominal 230volts +10%. So your supply could be as high as 253volts.
will that harm the device? It’s anyone’s guess. The second issue may be safety, is it constructed to UK safety requirements? Is it a class 1or2 device? Does it have a CE mark?
You could just put a UK plug on it and connect it to an RCD-protected plug and hope for the best.

PS. I note that Amazon list this product - but it is unavailable-
The Amazon listing says “EU version”, so I would beware of buying anything that isn’t made for this region.

What’s wrong with a saucepan of water? Chuck the rice in when boiling. When cooked, drain and rinse with boiling water.
