You use easy cert forms on easy cert. There are options for multiple signature forms on easy cert.

Hi Andy,

Thanks for that. I seen multiple signature as in commercial forms.
But nothing for domestic or small scale that can be verified by a QS.
Maybe I will call them tomorrow.

Thanks

The EIC labelled as "domestic" is a single signature cert, the EIC labelled as "commercial and industrial" is a multi signature cert. You could use either cert for any job as they both contain all the necessary info required by BS7671 for an EIC.

This was my thinking,
Although I was told at an annual assessment sometime ago that it didn't meet the requirements for NIC approved contractor.
Only people that seem to do a cert with QS verification is them or amtech. But at a price!!

what are the specific requirements for NICEIC approved contractor certs that other certs dont have ?

As far as I can understand any employee of the company's Certs need to be verified and signed off by the QS.

This is the standard NIC layout.

I have to confess I can't actually read the writing in that picture as it's quite low res. It looks like a standard single signature cert from what I can see.

Wouldn't you normally just sign one of three sigs for either design, install, or test ?

Hi Andy,

You are right! :)
it does comply.
I've spoke to them. When you open a new certificate you can pick single or multiple signature.
The multiple allows for a QS signature.

Thanks for your help

PIRForm or what ever it's called now has a standard forms with multiple signature boxes for review. Think it's £99 for basic package then another £99 for EM Lts and FA Certs from what I can remember

Sorry, I would have pointed that option out sooner. I forgot about it as I tend to ignore it as all mine are single signature.

No worries,

I did wonder how I seemed to be the only person with the problem lol!
