Use ring crimps with a bit of the insulation cut off. They're a bit fiddly and the crimps might need some manipulation to get them in, but the terminals will be appropriately covered.
 
How do you mean? There's a clamp at the back to go on the sheath so there is no insulation showing. These switches are designed to be used on their own without any modification.
