Electrical form filling

I've been doing alot of periodic inspection and testing and would like to know if anyone could recommend a cheap way of form filling. Was thinking of purchasing Amtech fast test seems like the industry standard. Could any one give me an idea of what they might be using. My hand writting is terrible and don't want to be issuing a certificate that looks like a child has written it.
