Free test certs / electronically

hi , any one know the name of any free test certs sites? I know of the IET site, but I would like to fill the certs out electronically. I did part download one a fair bit back but lost the web page. It was neat and simple to follow I think the site began with the letter C. Thanks

for £11.99 you can get a cd from ebay which has all the certs. and you can fill in on pc. even got fire, em lighting.

thanks had a look at the site. works with micro soft. I've got mac. I only do a test sheet now and again, but looks so much neater electronically done and can be read years down the line when next EICR due.
