splash water on volt stick( my fluke is very sensitive, was helpful 4 me in same situation), if shows voltage check breakers one by one to find out on which circuit makes problem.

Plastic pipes under sink, but U might have only one meter of coper under floor and that might be enough
or
screw in cable, all CPC and bonding connected together - done

good luck

Im in agreement with sujestion of water Iv had it before where the eart to water heater was live (some knobber screwed through cable) and lassie was gettin shock from the water try this

has there been a power shower fitted in the new bathroom it may be a idea to check the pump for the shower could be a faulty seal on it ?

??????????????????

I have seen this numerous times.
It could be static,
It could be a fault that has always been there, that is now apparent as the bathroom guys removed the bonding when they changed the bath. So when they installed the plastic, they saw no need to reinstate the bonding and now the fault is showing itself from the waters conductivity...
Are any RCD's installed (it would help to determine if there is any earth leakage)?

Investigation is needed.

Just to clarify.
Would that be Shocks from sink or Shocks from taps ?

I had a bathroom go live once. I was about 18 and it was my parents house. Every time they went on holiday and left me in charge the house tried to kill me!
Anyway, at the time I had very little electrical knowledge so didn't really no where to start. The fault disappeared after a couple of hours and it never happened again. About 6 months later I was changing the light bulb in a downstairs light, which was a glass bowl type of ceiling light. When I removed the glass bowl I noticed that there was a ' tide mark' around the bowl. The fault was caused by water leaking from the bath down the wall along a joist a down into the light fitting eventually filing it enough to make contact with the live conductor.
Having been back to the house and examined it with more electrically experienced eye the first thing that I found was that there was absolutely no earth bonding of any sort. The MEB had the main earth connected to it and a 6mm cable to the earth terminal in the wylex board. None of the incoming supplies were earthed.
I have since rectified all the problems with the system and I am now trying to persuade the neighbours to have theres checked.
