Discuss Is it likely to be a light ring circuit? in the Periodic Inspection Reporting & Certification area at ElectriciansForums.net

B

bearlyable

In the process of changing a CU Ive discovered the lighting circuits are using 2x 1mm Twin and Earth though Iv not invetigated fully at this time is this likely to be a ring light circuit, if so is this common and how should this circuit be tested??? If not is it likely to be a radial using 2x wires and therefore do I treat them as 1 x wire???
Any info would be apreciated.

it will be 2 circs you need to split them up in the new cu and test them seperatly
unless 1 is lights and the other is emergency fittings then keep them together to keep emergs on local circ
