What is best practice with regard to labelling of the equipment and wiring of PV installations?

My domestic 3.9kW system, installed in November by a contributor to this forum has not one label on it anywhere. However browsing photos on PVoutput.org suggests that comprehensive labelling of cables, switchgear and inverter is standard practice.

I have no quibble with the installation or performance so far of the system, but I wonder if it is quite finished...

Anyone care to own up as to why there are no labels? :rolleyes4::lol:

I've spoken to the installer this evening and the reason given is that the final system handover has not been carried out yet. Because they were a bit busy in November, for some reason or other. This will be completed soon.
