Good luck with it mate.
when I first registered I was rather sweaty palmed when the inspector came up the drive, so I understand how you feel.
I had spent all week preparing for the visit, and in truth it was ok.
the first bit you will chat over a brew and hell have a check list of the things you should have, evidence of public liability all the documents, basically the list they sent you out in the welcome pack.
then it's the 2 jobs, if the installs look good and you know what your talking about then he won't go too In depth, he will want to see you perform tests and see that the readings match or are close to the ones you recorded on the certs.
a minor job I showed him was an additional socket at a friends house, he asked me how do you know that circuit is up to the job of being added to, I then reeled off the ring final circuit test word for word, he then replied I was going to make you take that ring apart but I can see you know what your talking about so I won't, we then had another brew and then it was the handshake and welcome to the club speech.
the whole thing lasted till around 11.30am.
try not to worry , as long as you know your stuff and the jobs you show him are good quality then nothing to worry about
hope this helps you mate
