While trying to trying to fill in a cert I discovered it was not saving entries, tried the help / support took all day yesterday and half of today eventually rang them on a number that was nowt to do with my issue (cos there aint one ??) and had a rant and went to work, got back to get an email saying I was not in when they phoned DUH I requested a late afternoon call back, so I fired off a grumpy email and the guy phoned back he was ok as said it was my browser and delete the cache, so I did and guess what did nothing to improve the situation SOOOO My brain thought browser eh I,ll show it and logged onto the online whatsit via Firefox and bingo no issues So if any one is using Chrome for this and having probs try Firefox
