Anybody had problems with under floor heating fitted a 2m & 9.5m heatstore in parallel onto insulated board both tested fine before and after self levelling added and carndean wood floor tested ohms ok after left for about 8 weeks as customer not in house at time wired in and quick start on controller kicked in 22 degrees heating showing, programmed to floor & room sensor still no heat coming through any suggestions guys

I've only ever used under floor heating under ceramic tiles before, where the heat can be felt through them pretty quickly.
Might be that it takes longer for heat to get through the levelling screed and karndean?

How thick is the wood flooring? And did the floor layer helpfully put some insulation under it (ie on top of the UFH)?

turnb off everything you can. clamp a tail. read the current, if any, trhen switch on the ufh and see if the reading increases by what you would expect. now you know it's pulling amps, the problem is not electrical.
