Call out charges?

Hi Guys, I`m new on running my own show.

Q. Any thoughts on what I can charge for a call out day and night in the S Wales area.

i charge £30 - 40 day, £50 night, up to 10 miles , then add £2/mile after that.

Does this cover you for the first hour and then do you charge per hour after that?
