Cant download the Elecsa certs!!!!

Hi Guys,

Well ive been coming to this pub now for about 3 weeks and Ive been dying to post something on here but every time I read some threads, other people had already said what I was gonna say. So, Although this may not be in the right category, im gonna post it here anyway and pop my cherry :lol:.

When I log in to the Elecsa website, there is a part of it were you can download the EIC, MWEIC, EICR etc. The problem im having, is when I click on any of them, It keeps shutting down internet explorer. Has any one had this problem? Is there something Im not doing? Or am I just being blonde :dizzy2:?

Works for me - but then I am not using IE, in fact I am not using anything Microsoft. someone else did say their website was down earlier - perhaps they have just fixed it? Suggest you try again.

I was just on there to see if I could download the the new EICR but same problem. Its been like that since November 29th. Ill just have to send them an email. Was hoping someone might of had this problem before and could tell me what they did to solve it, didnt want to look stupid to the elecsa guys if it was something on my computer I needed to turn on/off.

I just downloaded the EICR as well. So all is working from my point of view. Guess you'll just have to phone Elecsa in the morning. They don't bite and are generally pretty understanding, even if it is down to you having a DOH! moment.

Last time I had anything to do with their Certs, I filled them in Online.
Has this changed now?

I can't get the job notification to work on Google Chrome but it works on Internet Explorer.

Hi,

Cheers guys, Ive just had to download "free download manager" and download em using that. Well job done now, saved on my computer. Cant actually edit them though, have to print them off and fill em in the old fashioned way, quill and ink. lol.
