contractor help

a friend has recently bought a garage roller shutter door for his yard and has got this controller in pic can anyone please tell me connections for A1 and A2 a1 seems wired from terminal 11 but A2 was cut off not done much contractor three phase work so a bit confused is A2 neutral as in 230volt ?? any help would be appreciated left hand contractor is up and right hand is down, does the three phase just mirror image incoming on contractor cheers for any help

Welcome to the forum

The wiring and config' will depend on the control system and as these vary from roller shutter to shutter its difficult to say and would only lend to members guessing, if you get the connections wrong and/or limits mixed up you can do alot of damage so I would recommend you get someone in who has knowledge of control systems and/or roller shutters.

I would assume that the supply wires, the motor wires and the limit wires have all been disconnected when removed, depending on the brand, age and external control their are many ways these are wired.

The only contractor 3 phase work I've done is when I've quoted for it.

I'd also recommend getting in someone with experience of motor control.
