Looks to me like it may have been there for years ..... How did he get away with that when I get snag's for fingerprints On cat 2 diffuser haha
 
Standard for most of them that. Cables just thrown over ceilings, rammed into mini trunking, squeezed through all the holes that you've that you've drilled.

You can take weeks installing tray, trunking, conduit the lot then they will just come and throw there cables in tied to everything you have done etc etc.

I think that's why on most jobs now the electricians are spec'd to install all there containment too.
 
Ye I know . Another thing if I see another horror show of some MT to a white board , no pride no skill and just plain lazy , Iv just decided now they are no longer known as data engineers as of now they will be called data people . Who agrees ??

Seen a similar thing the other day, but this was twin and earth through the door frame but to stop the door snagging the cables the top corder of the door had been cut out !! wish I had took a picture Know.
