Does anybody know if a DeWalt 18V DE9503 2.6Ah NiMH battery would be compatible with the newer Nano drills which take a Lithium ION battery?

May seem a silly question but I have a friend who's bought a DCD925 drill which I think takes a Nano battery which is still yet to arrive though in the meantime he's picked up a 2.6Ah NiMH battery.
I know the newer chargers will charge all 3 battery types - NiCd/NiMH/Li-Ion.

It still seems like a silly question but hey, I don't know for sure so asking on his behalf!

The two Dewalt battery packs are totally different and are NOT inter-changeable mate.
Edit:- Please ignore the above, I was confusing the XRP 18V Nano plug-in battery pack with the new XR 18V slide-on battery pack.
The DE9180 Nano battery packs are compatible with all previous Dewalt 18V tools which use the plug-in battery packs, however they do not fit the new range of XR 18V tools which use the slide-on DCB180 battery packs.
