look, i have witnessed people gettin registered/accredited whatever it is on these courses to become installers of green this n that...
upwards of 10 grand it has cost them..people i respect...
now it seems like they have been robbed....

No wonder it's not going to deliver on its goals, we applied when the scheme was being rolled out in December last year, and still wait to hear back about an assessment. Its ridiculous, it isn't supposed to cost anything to have an assessment done as its all subsidised, but there happens to be at least one company around here charging £150, for the assessment.
